Refund policy

We never owe money - we owe days, and only when we actually missed.

Cancel any time. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

No refunds once signals have been delivered for that period.

If we fail to deliver, your membership is extended by the days we missed - automatically, without you having to ask.

Why this shape: signals cannot be un-delivered, so refunding after delivery would give the product away. But we should never keep money for a service we did not provide - so what we owe is days, and only when we actually missed.

Payments are in ETH and are never sent back: a crypto refund depends on an address supplied by a stranger and is a common fraud route. Overpayments are credited as extra days.
